We will happily and promptly offer to resend, refund or issue store credit for any item that is deemed faulty or damaged. Any claims for faulty or damaged goods must be made by email within 7 days of receiving the goods. No goods will be accepted for return after 30 days.
For orders delivered late/after the approximate delivery times stated on the Shipping & Tracking page, we offer refunds upon the return of the goods less the shipping costs charged and a 10% administration fee. Please note the postage of the returned goods must be covered by and is the responsibility of the customer.
We ask that customers please check their order receipts carefully to ensure all of their address details are correct. If there is an error in the delivery details please contact REDDS CUPS immediately and we can update these details for you. Unfortunately we cannot refund orders that have been delivered to incorrectly addressed locations if they have already been dispatched. We will however do everything we can to retrieve the order and have it redirected to the customer (may incur additional courier costs).
